Which shipping method do you use?
We always use the express courier DPD DHL and UPS. As soon as your order is ready to be sent you will be sent a tracking code and you will be able to follow the shipment directly at any time via the web.

I received the tracking number of my package but I can't find it on the courier's website, what can I do?
For order prcoess, it can take up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be updated into the courier's system.

How can I return an order?
SoBuy offer an extra guarantee of a free return without reason for 3 months, During this period,you can decide to return, exchange the item ordered for no reason. If you wish to cancel your order, send us an e-mail with your request to email@example.com. Our customer service will handle the return within 1 business day
As soon as the item has been withdrawn, you can contact us again so that we can issue the refund.
To exercise the right of return, the product must be returned in its original condition intact and possibly in its original packaging.

How long is the time for reimbursement ?
Once www.sobuy.online has received the returned product and verified its conditions, you will receive a refund within the statutory deadline of 14 days (Legislative Decree 21/2014). The refund will be made by the same payment method you have chosen for the purchase. Depending on the payment method, the timing for return the amount may be different.
